 STARTING JUNE 14th!  Summer Boot Camp will be ten, 45 minute sessions. Dates are June 14, 18, 21, 25, 28 and July 2, 9, 12, 19, 23. Tuesday classes will be at 6:00 PM. Friday classes will be at 6:00 AM. Classes will take place at Grind Fitness behind the building. Please bring your own water bottle and a towel or yoga mat if you do not want to sit on the ground for certain exercises. You can pay drop-in per class or you can save a few dollars and pay for all 10 sessions up front. If any sessions have to be canceled due to weather we will work in make-up days. These classes are designed to be challenging yet accommodating for all ability levels. Every exercise can be modified to be more or less challenging. There will be 8 Boot Camp style sessions and 2 stretching / mobility sessions.
